Ours is not the only world in existence. Sworn enemies Roland Discayne, the last of the Order of the Riflemen, and Walter O'Deam, also known as the Man in Black, are engaged in an eternal struggle. At stake is the mythical Dark Tower, the last stronghold and hope of the universe, without which the world will be thrown into utter chaos and destruction. The forces of good and evil are destined to clash in the final battle, for Roland Diskayne is the only one who can stop the Man in Black before he destroys the Dark Tower.
