The Outpost 4K 2019

In 2006, the U.S. Army set up several roadblocks in northern Afghanistan to prevent weapons smuggling and the movement of Taliban fighters from Pakistan. The Keating outpost was located in the Hindu Kush Mountains - the military base was surrounded by mountains on all sides and was at a disadvantage. On October 3, 2009, the U.S. military had to engage in an unequal battle with superior Taliban forces.
