Xenia, Ohio - a small provincial town of "one-story America", in the mid-seventies, covered by a powerful tornado, and never recovered from it either economically or in any other sense. People live in it, they have children... who have nothing to do but fight the daily boredom of a monotonous life. And, it must be said, their ways of struggle do not shine with variety, as well as the whole life of this town and the people who inhabit it....
