The Frilling family moves to a new home after their former residence in Costa Verde is blown up by uninvited visitors from the beyond. However, the spirits of the dead do not leave their intentions to get Carol Ann, the clairvoyant daughter of the Frillings.

Led by Kane, a demon in the guise of a preacher, the evil ghosts try to flatter Carol Ann into the “other side.”

But when Kane's cunning fails, he unleashes the full fury of Poltergeist Hell on the Freelings. They turn to shamans, mediums and witch doctors for help, but ultimately find real strength in each other....
