The future is not as colorful and magnificent as modern people imagine it to be. In a few centuries, humanity will be on the verge of self-destruction, awash in bloody crimes, deadly sins and indiscriminate killings. The old system of justice will be impossible to use - anarchy and general unrest force the still surviving authorities, who have lost all authority and legitimacy, to go to desperate extreme measures and introduce the institution of judges - universal police officers, law enforcers, and at the same time - and prosecutors, who would simplify the entire process of detention, investigation and litigation, combining in one person all the positions of guardians and defenders of law and order.

Scoundrels, scoundrels, criminals and gangs are still unwilling to give up their hardened positions, fearing only one thing - a meeting with the legendary Judge Dredd, who has executed or shot hundreds of rapists, terrorists and maniacs greedy for human suffering. While riots and disorder rage in the streets of the city, Dredd hurries to restore order, law and silence, which, it seems, will never regain its former fullness, power and strength....
